The Technical Support department helps to answer technical questions both on a phone and in the field. If the failure is not resolved by the technicians, our customers are able to use a service of our Waranty procedure deparment. The condition is that the goods has to be purchased from our company and the procedur eis in accordance with the complaints rules.

Enter the serial number and find out if the item is purchased from BayWa r.e. and registered in the database.

It is enough to just describe the failure to a simple complaint protocol in Czech language and ship it back to us together with the relevant goods.
