We look for new technologies, we test them and then we provide training sessions to our customers from installation companies

The technical support service is based on many years of experience and close cooperation with our technology suppliers. It is based on the in-depth knowledge of our technicians, who are involved in the development and localization of selected products. 

We will be happy to help you with any technical problem and propose an optimal solution to your full satisfaction.

The technical support line is available every weekday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. We react flexibly and quickly. You can contact us by phone or email. If necessary, we will help you rectify the problem directly on site.

Continuous supervision of installed photovoltaic power plants

Keep installed PV plants under constant surveillance. BayWa r.e. monitoring is a free application that automatically processes information from the SEMS portal and can remotely detect operational errors.

Get help with the first installation


We will help you with the first installation of novotegra mounting system for solar panels. Our technicians will come to you and help you and your employees with the installation. We will also advise you on project design and train you in the effective use of the Solar-Planit planning tool.

We provide excellent services to our customers and help with their questions on a phone and in the field. Field trips of our technicians are charged if the instalation is inaccurately set up or plugged. Work of our technician is free in case of manufacturing defect or software bug.
