The MC4 & MC4-Evo 2 connector set is an ideal choice! This kit contains one MC4-Evo 2 male connector and one MC4-Evo 2 female connector, which are designed for use with 4 mm² or 6 mm² cables and a cable outer diameter (including insulation) between 4.7 and 6.4 mm .
The MC4 & MC4-Evo 2 connectors are characterized by resistance to water, heat and UV radiation, thus ensuring reliable and long-term operation even in demanding conditions. The robust plastic case with snap-in system guarantees maximum protection against electrical and fire hazards, while the internal construction ensures minimum power loss.
The connectors have TÜV-Rheinland, UL, CSA, CQC and JET certificates, which confirm their high quality and resistance to sea salts and ammonia in the air. These features make them ideal for a wide range of low voltage DC applications up to 1500V, 100A, including PV panel interconnects and inverter cabling.
