- Who can order goods from BayWa r.e.?
Anyone can shop in our e-shop after registration.
Claims and Warranties
- How do I register a complaint?
Fill out the complaint protocol and describe the defect. Let us know which components have been installed and what exactly doesn't work.
Send the form and defective goods (ideally in the original packaging) to the address BayWa r.e., Potoční 1094, 738 01 Frýdek-Místek.

- How can I verify that the product is distributed by BayWa r.e.?
Enter the serial number and find out if the goods are registered in the database BayWa r.e.
- Can you help with faulty goods purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we offer paid technical support for goods not purchased from BayWa r.e. This costs 2 500 CZK (plus VAT) per item.
- How can I claim the guarantee?
Follow the complaint procedure by submitting the form (see above). You can log into our shop to find a price list for extended warranties.
- Where can I verify a warranty?
You can verify your GoodWe warranty by logging into SEMS Portal. You can also download your warranty card here.
- How can I verify SVT codes?
SVT codes are listed for each item there photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic inverters.
Training
- Who are BayWa r.e. training sessions for?
We provide training for solar installation technicians and sales representatives, as well as others who work with our products. There are several courses on offer, focused on the needs of specific audiences.
- How do I register for training?
We inform you about current trainings in regular newsletters. If you are interested in any type of training, contact us at obchod(at)baywa-re.cz
- Where does training take place?
You can have your training delivered either online via webinar, or at one of our training centers in Chrášťany and Frýdek-Místek.
- What’s the maximum capacity of training sessions?
There’s no limit on capacity for our webinars. Physical training sessions are limited to 12 people.
- What if I can’t make any of the training dates?
We offer VIP training at a date that’s convenient for you, if you’re unable to make any of our scheduled sessions. Contact us at obchod(at)baywa-re.cz

- How do I register for the webshop?
Fill in the registration form. We will check your data and your account will be activated within a few days.
If you are already registered as a customer, your sales representative can activate you for the webshop.
