    In the next step, we will help you with the design of the mounting system for solar modules of our brand novotegra. Using the online configurator Solar-Planit, the preparation, design and calculation of the anchoring system of photovoltaic panels will be a breeze. 
     

  • Help with the first on-site installation

    After theoretical training on the use of the novotegra mounting system, we will offer you help with its first installation directly at your customer’s site. Our employees will come to you and guide your workers step by step through the entire installation. Every following project will be a breeze for you. 

  • BayWa r.e. Monitoring

    After installing the photovoltaic power plant, you can offer your customers an interesting service of continuous monitoring of GoodWe inverters. Our technicians have constant supervision over their proper operation and in case of any technical malfunction, they will alert you to a specific error or defect. You can then immediately contact your customer and quickly fix the problem. 

  • Technical Support

    Is there a technical problem? Our trained technical support staff will be available to you online, on the phone or directly in the field and help you to fix it. Deep knowledge and experience gained from cooperation on the development of selected technologies guarantee that we will be able to successfully solve even the most complex cases.

  • Service Center and Claims

    In case of an irreparable defect or warranty claims, you can send the purchased goods to our service center for warranty or post-warranty repair.
